Prompt: After two weeks of studying rhetorical devices, types of rhetoric, and methods for identifying rhetorical techniques, which rhetorical device do you find most effective or compelling, and why?

Prompt Response: The rhetorical device I find the most effective is antithesis because it contrasts two ideas or phrases which can have a big impact on the reader. Also, antithesis can be used in many situations which makes it flexible. It also describes two opposites really concisely. Litotes I would say are also effective because I believe it's the most flexible rhetorical device out of them all. It can be used in casual conversations or for more formal literature and writing. However its impact is not as great as antithesis.
Summary: Rhetoric quiz.
