Prompt: Write about something you’ve outgrown but still miss.

Prompt Response: Something I have outgrown but still miss is my old scooter. Back then I had a scooter that I loved to use. However, as I got older, I used it less and less. Until eventually, I stopped using it completely. As of now, I'm not sure where it is, but I do still sometimes miss the feeling of using a scooter. Although I'm not sure if I would buy one.

Summary: We took a vocabulary test and then looked at the poem "Refugee in America" an discussed it as a class.

Reflection: No one should have their rights and liberties taken away from them. Everyone should be able to experience freedom and peace.
