Prompt: In the poem, the speaker and his neighbor meet each year to repair a wall. Describe a time when you had to set or respect a boundary with a friend, family member, or classmate. How did it help or hurt your connection with that person?

Prompt Response: I often poked fun at my friend in a friendly way and I have done it for a while. However I think it got to him or something but he did not want me to do that anymore and I was alright with it. I respected the boundary he had put up. The boundary strengthened our friendship and we are still friends to this day. I of course still follow the boundary.

Summary: We worked on commonlit for our assignment today.

Reflection: I thought the poem was interesting and meaningful.
