Prompt: Write about a meaningful object or place in your life that carries a story.

Prompt Response: A meaningful object in my life that carries a story was a bracelet that was given to me by my mom. It was originally given to me when I was a young child and has been with me ever since. It was with me throughout my growth and development. Although it does not fit my wrist anymore, I still treasure it and keep it safe in my drawer.

Summary: Today in class, we read and discussed the Navajo Creation Myth and worked on discussion questions.

Reflection: The Navajo Creation Myth has shown me what myths look like. It also has shown me how the Native Americans explained how certain things came to be, such as life on earth.
